Kelly Salvatore is a strategic operator with 15+ years of experience leading revenue cycle, operations, and vendor management for multi-location dental organizations. She’s supported hundreds of practices through due diligence, billing transitions, payer setup, and AR restructuring with a deep understanding of where risk hides and how to control it.
Her background spans dental labs, supply chain, and executive operations, giving her a rare, full-spectrum view of how deals get done and where they break down. Kelly excels at bridging communication between clinical, financial, and leadership teams to help acquisitions succeed beyond the close.
She founded AR Intel to help DSOs and investors navigate dental transactions with clarity, confidence, and financial precision.
